These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of shadowboys.com and any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Thiel Ventures LLC, doing business
as Shadow Boys ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Consulting and Service Engagements
Any consulting, strategy, or implementation services we provide are governed by a separate written engagement agreement between you and Thiel Ventures LLC. These Terms apply to your use of the Site and related communications but do not by themselves create a consulting relationship.
4. SMS and Messaging Consent
When you provide your mobile phone number to us through our chat widget, booking form, or other means, and you affirmatively opt in to receive text messages, you consent to receive service-related messages from us at the number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for help. Your mobile opt-in and consent information is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Thiel Ventures LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
6. User Content
If you submit any content to us through the Site (for example, messages sent through the chat widget), you grant Thiel Ventures LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as scheduling, chat, and analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by the third party's terms and privacy policies.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thiel Ventures LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us, the Services, or other users.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of the Services after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
